About the role
Summa Health seeks an IM or FM trained physician to join our Senior Health team in the community-based, home-based primary care program. The role supports the Complex Care Institute's patient-centric, coordinated care model, serving 500+ patients and advancing an academic care environment within a community teaching hospital system.
The position offers employment with a comprehensive benefits package, a salary guarantee, and a Monday–Friday schedule with minimal weekend call.
