We recently added RCM services and are posting this position to grow our talented team to serve our customers.
Role Description:
The Implementation Specialist role is a full-time, remote position responsible for guiding new customers through a successful implementation of our EHR. You will coordinate onboarding activities, gather and analyze client requirements, configure system settings, and lead training sessions. This role requires a staff member to have a consultative approach to help clients optimize workflows and adopt best practices. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting implementation issues, monitoring project timelines, and communicating progress to stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and high client satisfaction. You will work closely with our Customer Support, Sales, and Billing/RCM teams as you coordinate implementations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years prior experience in managing customer onboarding and implementations in a software/technology setting.
- Prior experience working in behavioral health, EHRs, and healthcare technology
- Strong project management experience required.

PM certifications are not required, but demonstrated experience in project management is necessary This role is customer-facing; strong experience managing customer relationships is required Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously in a remote environment. Comfort working with digital collaboration tools and documentation platforms; proficiency in Microsoft tools is preferred. In this position, you will have access to sensitive patient and company information, and as such, a background check is required. This is a fully remote role and requires applicants to have a dedicated and professional home working environment free from distractions or other occupants of the home, and with a secure, stable internet connection.
