About the role
- High school diploma or GED preferred.2+ years of general maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).Willingness to travel between locations in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus.
