Full-Time Travel Requirement: Up to 75%We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team, with a focus exclusively on the Food, Dairy, and Beverage markets. This role is tailored for a capital equipment sales professional who thrives in the flexible packaging space and is ready to represent industry-leading solutions in automated secondary packaging equipment and end-of-line integrated systems. This is a full-time, remote position that demands a high level of independence and professionalism. The ideal candidate will spend approximately 75% of their time traveling to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events across their territory. A minimum of five years of experience selling capital equipment into food, dairy, or beverage operations — specifically those utilizing flexible packaging — is required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and managing a complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, applications, and project management teams to build tailored, value-driven proposals that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. Daily tasks will include prospecting, conducting on-site visits, delivering presentations, and leading technical sales discussions, all while maintaining accurate, up-to-date sales activity in Salesforce CRM.To succeed in this position, you must be a strong communicator, technically astute, and highly organized. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
