About the role
Seeking a full-time Travel Consultant - Corporate International/Complex, the candidate will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including booking domestic and complex international itineraries, while utilizing a GDS system and providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Answer client inquiries and manage travel arrangements through multiple communication channels
Utilize Sabre to accurately book and issue airline, hotel, and car reservations
Maintain account knowledge and ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international experience preferred
Proficiency in using a GDS System, specifically Sabre
Strong understanding of federal travel regulations and industry codes
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
