Moving Foreman Safebound Moving is seeking an experienced, reliable Moving Foreman to lead crews and deliver top-tier service on residential and commercial moves. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to run a job efficiently, communicate clearly, and keep both customers and crew members confident throughout the process.
What You'll Do: Lead a team of movers on local and long-distance jobs Ensure safe handling, loading, and unloading of customer belongings Communicate directly with customers to set expectations and resolve issues on-site Manage job timelines and keep moves running efficiently Complete all required paperwork and inventory documentation Train and mentor crew members to maintain company standards
What We're Looking For: Prior experience as a foreman or lead mover (required) This role may require overnight travel for 2-day jobs or multi-day pickup schedules; flexibility is required. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Clean driving record (CDL is a plus, not required) Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to effectively and clearly communicate in English (Spanish bi-lingual is a plus)
