About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with its Executive Director and advance key organizational priorities. Responsibilities include serving as the primary day-to-day liaison to the Board, supporting governance, recruitment, onboarding, meetings, and follow-through, and helping translate strategic plans into clear priorities and measurable progress. The role will strengthen executive processes, support leadership alignment, connect work across teams, and move complex initiatives forward. It will also lead cross-functional projects and identify opportunities to use technology, AI, and automation to improve organizational effectiveness. Candidates should bring significant progressive experience in strategy, operations, executive partnership, governance, organizational leadership, or related work. Experience supporting executive leaders and Board relations or senior stakeholder engagement is required, along with the ability to lead complex initiatives and turn strategy into execution. Strong judgment, discretion, communication, relationship-building, and technology skills are essential, as is the ability to influence across teams without formal authority and manage competing priorities. Experience in a mission-driven setting, Board recruitment and engagement, strategic planning, organizational development, or change management is preferred. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
