About the role

Gentex Corporation is looking for a Sales Channel Manager to develop and grow our network of resellers across Eastern Europe. Working within our Ground EMEA team, you will help partners succeed, build demand for our products and strengthen our presence with defence and law enforcement customers.
Salary: from 79,789 DOEWhat you will do Manage existing resellers and identify, onboard and develop new channel partners across Eastern Europe. Work with partners on business plans, sales targets and forecasts, and monitor performance against them. Equip reseller teams with product knowledge, sales support and technical guidance. Build relationships with partners, integrators and end users, including military, government and law enforcement contacts. Track procurement programmes, market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider EMEA team. Work with internal sales, marketing and support teams to resolve issues and deliver responsive customer service. Represent Gentex at defence exhibitions, partner events and industry briefings. Essential experience and skills Proven experience in the defence industry, including channel management, sales management or business development. At least five years' experience in channel management, sales or marketing within a quality driven organisation. Experience with soldier equipment is particularly relevant. A track record of developing commercial relationships and delivering against sales targets. The ability to work effectively with international contacts and communicate with partners and customers across different markets. Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills, with fluency in English. Willingness to travel frequently across the region. Experience that would be an advantage Working directly with international government, military or civilian contacts. Knowledge of defence procurement, reseller networks and export control requirements. Experience in soldier equipment, PPE or related technologies. An additional Eastern European language. A degree or military or law enforcement background is a plus, however we are most interested in your defence industry experience, your commercial track record and your ability to develop successful international channel partnerships.
