Responsibilities: The purpose of the Fire Safety Technician is to install, operate, repair, inspect and maintain fire safety monitoring, control, and suppression equipment and related devices throughout the medical center and the various outreach clinics.
Requirements: Education and
Work Experience: Must possess a high school diploma or GEDMust possess 1-3 years of experience in maintaining, inspecting, installing, testing, and troubleshooting complex fire safety control systems in a large commercial, industrial or healthcare setting. At least 1 year experience in inspecting, testing and recharging fires extinguishers. Must possess or acquire (within 6 months of hire or transfer) a valid license from Baltimore City Fire Department for repairing, recharging, testing and installing fire extinguishing equipment. Must possess a valid driver license. MinUSD $23.64/Hr. MaxUSD $39.01/Hr.
