About the role
To enhance member relationships, the full-time NMLS Registered Relationship Consultant will make outbound calls to potential and existing members, cross-sell Credit Union products, and meet sales goals while working remotely from Alaska, Arizona, or Washington.
Key responsibilities:
Generate business through outbound calls and educate members on product offerings to improve their financial well-being
Follow up with members via telephone or email after initial contact and track daily sales totals
Maintain accurate records of member conversations in CRM and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of related experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling activity
Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
NMLS Registered and successful completion of all compliance-related coursework
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
