Regional Sales Representative - Industrial Machinery | Denver, COHome-Based | Colorado & Rocky Mountain TerritorySCM Group North America is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to develop new business and support customers throughout Colorado and the surrounding Rocky Mountain region. This home-based position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and growing a territory through strategic business development. Candidates should reside in Colorado or within close proximity to the Denver metropolitan area or another major airport to support regular travel throughout the assigned territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced outside sales professional with a background in CNC machinery, industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, automation equipment, woodworking machinery, or other capital equipment who enjoys helping manufacturers improve productivity through innovative equipment solutions. CompensationBase salary starting at $60,000Uncapped commission Top performers regularly earn six-figure incomesWhat You'll DoDevelop new business opportunities throughout Colorado and the surrounding Rocky Mountain territory Prospect and identify new customers using strategic sales techniques Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers, end users, dealers, distributors, and key industry partners Support existing dealer partners while expanding the dealer network Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Conduct customer visits, equipment presentations, and product demonstrations Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customer solutions Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close equipment sales Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM system Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory with occasional international travel QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience selling industrial machinery, CNC machinery, manufacturing equipment, automation equipment, woodworking machinery, or other capital equipmentAt least 1 year of outside sales, territory sales, business development, or technical sales experience Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and generate new business Strong mechanical, technical, or engineering aptitude Experience working with dealer or distributor networks is preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory What Success Looks LikeConsistently generates qualified sales opportunities Builds lasting customer relationships throughout the territory Achieves and exceeds territory sales goals Effectively supports dealer partners while expanding market share Maintains accurate and timely CRM records Successfully converts opportunities into long-term customers Why Join SCM Group North America?SCM Group is a global leader in CNC machinery, industrial machinery, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
