You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the appropriate solution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery. Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. QualificationsRequirementsProven experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging customers. Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
