About the role
To support a growing clinical support team, the full-time Remote Clinical Dispatcher will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while effectively communicating with hospital staff and physicians during the 2nd shift.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
Manage incoming consultations through established workflows and prioritize assignments across multiple service lines
Monitor and maintain queues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) while demonstrating service excellenceRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication/collaboration tools
Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail
Ability to adapt to new technologies and excel in a remote work environment
