About the role

HED is seeking an Architect - Designer IV to lead design teams within our Mission Critical sector, guiding projects from concept through construction. This senior role supports a hybrid or remote work environment, mentors staff, and drives quality across disciplines. You will conduct programmatic research, produce renderings and 3D models, develop design concepts, and ensure compliance with codes while collaborating with engineers and outside consultants to deliver exceptional data center
