About the role
Owning the overall client relationship and revenue performance, the full-time Client Executive will engage C-suite executives and develop multi-year account strategies to maximize client value and drive growth for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies that align OpenText solutions with client business objectives
Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for expansion
Oversee pipeline management, account reviews, and commercial negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
Required qualifications
Proven success with 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or strategic account management
Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and managing large, complex accounts
Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive sustained account growth
Exceptional executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Completed post-secondary education with a passion for continuous learning
