About the role
Automotive BillerHawk Auto Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Biller at our corporate location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Post daily bank funding and process lien payoffs.
Review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents.
Check/maintain inventory schedule with management.
Reconcile schedules and ensure all funds have been collected.
Post new and used sales of vehicles to accounting and verify gross profit.
Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Experience: Automotive Biller: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
