Role Description:
The Administrative Assistant role at Velasco Solutions LLC is a part-time, remote position focused on providing day-to-day administrative support to the team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and handling routine clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation. The role involves responding to emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintaining professional phone etiquette in all interactions. Qualifications:
Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting daily office operations and leadership.
Proficient Clerical Skills, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and maintaining organized digital records.
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with the ability to handle calls and messages in a clear, professional, and courteous manner.
Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and the ability to use standard office software and collaboration tools.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business administration or office management is a plus.
