About the role

Responsibilities:
Plan and interpret process development studies
Lead or participate in cross-functional drug product teams
Apply QbD principles and process modeling
Author technical documents
Evaluate new technologies
Support innovation initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, master’s with 4+ years, or PhD in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Hands-on experience with scale-up, technology transfer, and GxP practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cGMP, NDA/WMA CMC documentation, statistical process control, process modeling, and experience supporting supply chain activities
