About the role
JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales and delivering a five-star client experience. You will welcome clients, support instructors, manage front desk operations, and guide members toward memberships and packages that fit their goals. You will build relationships, communicate the value of the JETSET experience, and partner with management to hit membership, retention, and revenue targets while maintaining a welcoming, organized studio environment.
