About the role

KIPP NYC is seeking a Director, People Systems and Operations to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems that strengthen workforce operations across our network. You will own the HCM platform, drive data governance, and partner with People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and school teams to deliver a high-quality employee experience. You will guide multi-year technology roadmaps, oversee system migrations and enhancements, and translate data into actionable insights for People Team
