Job Description
Define and lead reliability strategy for micro services across Azure environments.
Establish SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, observability standards, and operational governance.
Lead major incidents, postmortems, and systemic reliability improvement programs.
Drive capacity planning, resiliency design, automation, and production readiness reviews.
Partner with Microsoft engineering, Azure, security, compliance, and leadership stakeholders.
Coach SRE teams on scalable operations, risk management, and continuous reliability improvement.
