About the role
Brex, based in New York, is seeking a Design Sourcer to build Brex's design talent pipeline across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You'll identify, engage, and nurture world-class designers, crafting thoughtful outreach that reflects Brex's brand and mission. You will partner with recruiters and design leadership to understand hiring needs, develop proactive sourcing strategies across channels, and track metrics to improve diversity and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
