About the role

XPO is seeking a Senior Specialist, Payroll to join our payroll team in Portland, Oregon. You'll handle high-volume, multi-state payroll processing across multiple entities and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering accurate, timely pay to employees. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a CPP designation is preferred. Experience with Oracle, Kronos/UKG, SAP, and Excel is a plus.
