Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Tow Dispatch & Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate towing and roadside service requests, communicate with customers and drivers, and help ensure timely, efficient service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Receive and dispatch towing and roadside assistance service requests. Coordinate and communicate with drivers to ensure prompt service. Provide customers with updates on service status and estimated arrival times. Monitor service progress and adjust schedules as needed. Enter and maintain accurate service information in the dispatch system. Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, insurance companies, motor clubs, and business partners. Resolve routine service issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Support daily dispatch operations while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers, dispatch software, GPS, and other technology. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
Work Schedule: Must be available to work a rotating schedule of four (4) consecutive days on followed by four (4) consecutive days off. This schedule includes weekends and holidays, as required. Overnight Work hours are from 6PM to 6AM
