What You Will Do:
  • The Whey Packaging Tech Operator will be responsible for ensuring that the steps for producing a product that meets TCCA's high standard of quality are taken and notifying the shift supervisor when issues arise that would jeopardize that quality. The Whey
  • Packaging Tech is responsible for the understanding and operation of the whey bagging equipment.

Skills you'll need: High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience required: 0-3 years' experience in the food industry preferred. Whey plant experience desired Other:
  • Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word. Knowledge of ERP systems i.e. NAV is preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors. Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company. Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
