We serve homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. These values aren't just words on a wall—they guide our decisions, shape our culture, and set the standard for how we work together: Ownership — Take initiative. Own the outcome. Leave it better than you found it. Empathy — Lead with humanity, care and understanding. Courage — Embrace discomfort. Do the hard things. Growth follows. Gratitude — There is always something to be grateful for. Find it. Share it. Authenticity — Be your weird self and respect that in others. You shine brighter that way. There are easier management roles out there. But if you're looking for: Ownership Impact The ability to lead and develop a strong team And a role where your leadership actually matters This is where you raise your standard—and help others do the same. If you're ready to lead at a high level and make a real impact, we'd love to meet you. Seaside Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
