Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Technician: For the system experts and high-pressure professionals
What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial boilers and associated HVAC systems.
  • Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance HVAC Systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate with customers and building managers
  • Complete detailed daily work orders
  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines
  • Occasional Overtime and Overnight shifts when needed.
  • On-Call Rotation
  • Preferred but not required: Experience working on hydronic systems, steam boilers, pumps, valves, burners, and related equipment
What We're Looking For:
  • Commercial HVAC Technician experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (including electrical schematics and controls)
  • Professional, dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
  • High attention to safety protocols and local codes
