About the role
To support client projects, the full-time remote Salesforce Certified Technical Consultant will manage requirements gathering, build solutions in Practifi, and conduct training sessions while collaborating closely with Business Analysts.
Key responsibilities:
Manage client projects by scoping requirements and designing solutions in partnership with a Business Analyst
Lead client calls to gather project requirements and build solutions following the defined development lifecycle
Run training sessions and demos to ensure clients understand the implemented solutions
Required qualifications:
Salesforce Admin I Certification
Experience configuring Salesforce and Practifi objects, fields, and page layouts
Comfort with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Dev Console
Working knowledge of Salesforce's security model and configuration
Genuine curiosity about system integration and the ability to communicate technical decisions effectively to non-technical clients
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
