About the role

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a senior Research Operations Manager to partner with leadership in expanding the department's research mission. You will oversee bench and clinical research, manage lab staff, and coordinate across divisions within the Department of Pediatrics and other departments. The role focuses on HR activities, performance management, and establishing SOPs, while facilitating collaborations with internal and external stakeholders and supporting fellowship program
