About the role
To enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness for skilled nursing facilities, the full-time Consultant II, Revenue Cycle will independently manage client engagements, deliver consulting services, and implement process improvements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilitiesLead business development efforts for revenue cycle consulting within skilled nursing and long-term care organizations
Conduct comprehensive assessments of revenue cycle functions and implement tailored solutions to improve performance and efficiency
Analyze workflows and monitor industry regulations to recommend operational responses and support change management initiativesRequired qualifications3+ years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute revenue cycle operations
Strong knowledge of SNF reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare and Medicaid
Experience in analyzing and optimizing revenue cycle workflows and financial performance
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR), billing, and revenue cycle management systems
Project management or client-facing experience preferred
