Driver Support Specialist This is a remote position. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people? Are you passionate about excellent customer service? GoShare is seeking a driven and resourceful Driver Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this remote position, you'll provide exceptional support to our network of independent drivers, ensuring a smooth and successful experience on our platform.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional first-contact support to drivers. Assist drivers with registration, and account management. Proactively identify and address potential driver concerns. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Answer questions about deliveries, earnings, and company policies. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution. Stay up-to-date on platform updates and policies to provide accurate information. Troubleshoot common app and platform issues, offering clear and concise solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher, preferred but no required. Proficient in Google Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (remote or in-office). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in the gig economy or familiarity with remote work is a plus.
