About the role
Medallia seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive backend services in a hybrid role based near McLean, VA. You will design, implement, and operate Java 21/Spring Boot microservices, build stream-processing with Flink, and work with Kafka to manage high-volume data in a multi-tenant environment. You will collaborate across QA and engineering teams, migrate to modern dependencies, and ensure reliable production services with strong security practices. Hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Tysons area.
