Job Description:
Are you looking for a rewarding leadership opportunity and have previous experience as a front desk agent? We’re hiring a hotel front desk manager to lead our already fantastic team. You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Compensation: $19+
Responsibilities:
Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, help with any questions they may have, and resolve complaints Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
