Job Overview: Full‐time Field Technology Specialist position in New Hampshire with remote work flexibility. Eligible candidates receive a $5,000 sign‐on bonus. The role focuses on enhancing security solutions for federal operations.

Install, update, and maintain hardware and software while ensuring precise asset accountability and detailed maintenance records. Apply advanced electrical theory to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, using diagnostic tools to calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to stringent specifications.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Solid foundation in computers, data networks, digital video systems and fiber optics, as well as basic electronics principles. Strong understanding of telecommunications systems (transmission, broadcasting, switching, and control). Familiarity with circuit boards, processors, chips, and both hardware and software applications. Proficiency in use, repair, and maintenance of various machines and tools. Ability to obtain and maintain government‐issued security clearances. Valid driver's license. Readiness to travel approximately 85% of the time.
