Job TitleI am looking for a unique blend of Monitoring experience with Production Support experience.High-Level Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitors select TSS Systems and Applications in support of availability Performs batch job failure remediation in an IBM zOS environment using Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Provides "eyes-on-glass" assessment of Enterprise Monitoring tools to determine systems health Reacts quickly to anomalies affecting select TSS Systems and Applications Actively participates on bridge calls/reconvenes, general meetings and Teams chats related to incidents and changes Proactively interacts with Systems and Application support teams as requiredRequired QualificationsExperience working with IBM zSeries in a zOS environment. Relevant work supporting Job Scheduler - Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).PreferredExperienceUsingOnSolveTM MIR3 paging systems. ServiceNow ticketing software. CiscoTM App Dynamics monitoring software.Required Skills:Cisco Additional Skills: Desktop Support This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
