About the role

Workstation Manager Ensure that the assigned packaging workstations for Retail and Airlines are constantly supplied with the correct and high-quality edible products to meet production schedules. Report any issues related to substandard products, inventory shortages, or potential delays immediately. In case of absence, a trained employee will take over the duties as described in SOP 4.1.2.5.
Main Responsibilities: Retrieve ingredients following the first-in, first-out procedure. Understand and correctly follow mixing procedures. Read and interpret formula sheets. Weigh products correctly and operate the DE clumper machinery. Apply oil, salt, and seasonings to products as needed. Label and mark products appropriately. Read and follow production schedules. Prepare products for retail packaging and report any issues to management. Operate hand trucks and tow motors safely. Comply with quality control procedures, safety guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized. Properly dispose of cardboard and waste, and load the tow motor at the end of shifts. Follow all food safety and quality protocols, completing documentation when necessary. Perform ATP tests and ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of equipment. Operate floor cleaning machinery and train assigned personnel as needed. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Solid knowledge of raw materials and blends. Proficient in reading and understanding math. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Capable of working independently and following objectives with minimal supervision. Ability to climb stairs or steps and access platforms to operate equipment efficiently.
Compensation: $17.25 per hour
