Title: Talent Acquisition Contractor (Hourly Operations Recruiting)
Location: Hunt Valley, MD, Two days per week in the Hunt Valley headquarters office, with remote work available on other workdays.
Schedule: Temporary assignment, approximately 20 to 40 hours per week based on business need. No overtime is expected.
Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Contractor supports the organization's hourly operations hiring needs by delivering a positive, efficient candidate experience from sourcing through hire. This role will support full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, and distribution positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination of pre-employment hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities: Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels. Support high-volume recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, and distribution positions. Review applications, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews. Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Track candidate activity and support accurate recruiting-process documentation. Assist with additional Talent Acquisition activities and projects as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, HR coordination, or high-volume candidate/customer service. Experience recruiting for hourly, manufacturing, production, distribution, or similarly high-volume roles preferred. Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and scheduling skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and flex hours between 20 and 40 hours per week.
