About the role

Fairmont State University is piloting a Flight School peer mentorship program to guide new students. Student Directors will recruit mentors (up to 20) and mentees, help design mentor training, plan meetings, coordinate spaces, and manage registrations in Engage. They will collect feedback and report insights to the Senior Director while performing additional duties as assigned.
