About the role
Spicer Group is seeking a Land Development Director to lead our land development, redevelopment, urban planning, and economic development projects from concept to completion. You will drive strategic planning, budget discipline, and client satisfaction while mentoring a high-performing team. You will partner with executive leadership to grow the service area, oversee project execution, and advance the firm's market presence across GA, OH, and MI. Strong licensure and leadership are preferred.
