About the role

INNIO Group in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to transfer Jenbacher assembly processes from Jenbach to the new Waukesha plant. You will localize standards, validate processes, and ensure readiness for production of Jenbach engine products. You will collaborate with global teams, oversee first‑run trials, training, and reporting for stakeholders, while guiding tooling, layout, and workflow improvements to maintain process intent.
