About the role

Administration Processing Officer Zig Zag is looking for an Administration Processing Officer to join our team! You will provide administrative and back-office support to the Intake and Customer Service teams. This is a high-volume processing role focused on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities: High-volume back-office administration and processing Follow SOPs and complete multi-stage tasks accurately Manage email and internal communications — no phone support required Maintain accurate records and process information across multiple systems Work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Key Requirements: Experience in high-volume administration or processing Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written English and communication skills Confident using multiple systems and learning new platforms Ability to work independently and follow detailed SOPs
