About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP of Channel Sales to lead the expansion of its global partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy that encompasses resellers, distributors, MSPs/MSSPs, and strategic alliances. This role is pivotal in transforming partners into a key source of new business, with a focus on achieving aggressive growth targets. The VP will be tasked with scaling the channel organization, building and maturing partner programs, and driving partner-originated revenue. A strong background in channel and partnership sales, particularly in the cybersecurity or security software sector, is essential, as is experience in international markets and with various partner types. Key responsibilities for the VP of Channel Sales include owning the global channel strategy, scaling the channel organization, and establishing and expanding strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling a channel organization, from early-stage to a mature, predictable revenue contributor, and will be adept at designing partner programs that drive growth. Executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to partner with sales, marketing, and product teams are crucial. The role also requires a deep understanding of MSP and MSSP dynamics, as well as experience with cloud service provider partnerships and marketplace strategies.
