This role plays a key part in keeping the office and warehouse running efficiently, handling order processing, inventory management, scheduling, and a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Manage and track inventory levels, updating records as needed Coordinate and maintain schedules for staff, deliveries, or production as needed Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with data entry and recordkeeping Perform other miscellaneous administrative and office tasks as assigned Requirements Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required Reliable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Good written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in office administration, order processing, or inventory a plus Lafayette J-18808-Ljbffr
