About the role
Georgia-Pacific Building Products is seeking a Mobile Equipment Reliability Leader to lift safety, reliability and lifecycle value across manufacturing sites. You will apply reliability engineering, RCA and asset management to improve equipment availability and reduce costs. Based in Georgia, you will partner with operations, maintenance, engineering and procurement to drive sustainable improvements, coach teams and lead KPI-driven performance, while traveling to multiple facilities as needed.
