About the role
Overview
As VP, Brand & Integrated Marketing, you will lead a data-driven, multi-brand strategy to grow patient acquisition and strengthen Aspen’s brand equity. You will oversee cross-channel campaigns and align field, agency, and in-center teams around a clear brand narrative. You’ll manage budgets and governance to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints, while nurturing a high-performing marketing organization. Your work helps differentiate Aspen’s care journey and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year brand and integrated marketing strategy with measurable growth targets Architect and lead cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and in-center marketing Manage agency partnerships and ensure alignment with brand objectives and budget Ensure consistent brand messaging across all patient touchpoints and channels Create and optimize a comprehensive promotional strategy using market insights Define brand guidelines and maintain messaging standards across internal and external communications Hone brand voice and develop clear, action-oriented patient communications Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy Foster a patient-centric culture with cross-functional collaboration to enhance experiences and advocacy Develop and manage the brand budget and KPIs related to awareness, acquisition, and revenue Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 15+ years in brand and integrated marketing At least 5 years in a leadership role Healthcare industry experience or DTC/B2B branding is a plus Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsleadershipcommunicationinterpersonal skillsdata-driven marketingmulti-channel campaign managementanalytics and testing
