About the role
Would you enjoy being a warm and friendly volunteer on the front lines of getting needs of patients met? Join our Volunteer Team as a Tuck-In Call Volunteer! This is a very specific job for a special person. Provide support to hospice patients and staff by conducting phone calls to patients/families to assure that they have necessary supplies, medications an/or support prior to the weekend. Information gathered is then to relayed to the appropriate team member designated by the agency. We pride ourselves in being a friendly, fun & welcoming office, give us a call!
