Job Title Area Customer Service Coordinator Summary Join our team as an Area Customer Service Coordinator, where you'll be a vital link in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. Roles and Responsibilities Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery and operational support based on each client’s unique needs. Deliver on‑site business services, including but not limited to: Mail and print services Hospitality support Reception/front desk coverage Shipping and receiving Courier coordination Printer fleet management Travel locally, including day trips to post offices and satellite office locations, as needed to support client operations. Collaborate closely with management to enhance operational processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and driving continuous improvement through data‑driven insights. Assist in the seamless implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions, providing valuable support to Field Implementation Managers. Bring energy and professionalism to every interaction by embracing a service‑first mindset, maintaining authenticity, and building positive customer relationships. Demonstrate adaptability and accountability by confidently taking on new challenges and consistently delivering exceptional service. Monthly stipend – $225: A monthly stipend of $225 is provided to support the requirements of this role, which involves regular travel between multiple client locations and the ability to respond flexibly to operational and customer needs across a geographically diverse service area. Business travel reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed for business mileage at the current IRS‑approved mileage rate when traveling for company business beyond their normal commute to and from their primary work location, as well as for approved business‑related parking fees and tolls incurred while performing job responsibilities. Qualifications – Must Have High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment, including the ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50‑mile radius. Shifts are between 7 am–7 pm with possible overtime including weekends based on geographical locations. This role requires regular use of a personal vehicle. Employees must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance that meets or exceeds company‑required coverage levels. Data‑driven and innovative approach, alongside excellent communication abilities and a customer‑centric mindset. Qualifications – Nice to Have Additional education beyond high school is encouraged. Ability to complete tasks with ease using proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other computer operations. Demonstrated prior experience in customer service or related fields.
