Temp To Direct 1st Shift Monday Friday, 6:00am 2:30pm Pay: $18:00
Position Summary: The Diaphragm Press Operator sets up and runs Diaphragm, Clicker, and Hydromet Presses to produce quality molds and die-cut parts according to work orders, time limits, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Set up and run presses, load ovens, and properly store tooling and dies. Material & Inventory Tracking: Weigh resin containers before/after use, log blank usage, and track scrap/waste on inventory log sheets. Production Standards: Mold and die-cut parts to precise work order specs while meeting efficiency targets for job hours and scrap reduction. Record Keeping: Accurately log completed production, clock in/out of jobs, and maintain work history records.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 13 months of manufacturing experience highly desired. Physical Requirements & Environment Environment: Production shop environment with moderate noise (hearing protection required).
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and lifting/moving up to 35 lbs throughout the shift. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
