Summary:
The Railroader Athletic Center Attendant will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the Durand Area School District's athletic facilities. This part-time position involves assisting with daily operations, ensuring adherence to facility rules, and providing excellent customer service to patrons of all ages. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to promoting a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the athletic center to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and regulations. Assist patrons with inquiries and provide information about facility amenities and schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas. Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the athletic center.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to all patrons. Background check clearance as required by school district policies.
