This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programming professional who enjoys developing efficient machining programs, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and supporting precision production.
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Create, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling operations• Program custom components and tooling for production• Develop machining methods and tooling strategies• Set up and support CNC milling machines during production• Troubleshoot and validate CNC programs on production equipment• Modify programs based on engineering changes and product revisions• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams• Maintain programming documentation and revision control• Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality• Ensure programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements🔹 Required Qualifications• Associate’s Degree preferred in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology• 5+ years of CNC Programming experience• Strong experience with CNC milling machines• Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills• Excellent communication and teamwork skills⭐ Preferred Experience• CATIA experience• Epicor ERP experience• Aerospace manufacturing experience• Experience with complex precision-machined components• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
